Burke and its Site support consultants and analysts use the user data collected from you to improve the functionality of the Site, to analyze user activity on the Site, to determine how long users remain on the Site and its pages, and to determine how often a user or group of users visit the Site. Your information may also be used to identify and defend against fraud and threats to the Site and the systems that support it. Some of this user data is aggregated to identify patterns and trends among user groups. The primary purpose of the Site is to provide product education about Consensi® for customers and prospective customers and your user data may be used in any manner that furthers that purpose.
As noted above, Burke shares collected user data with the consultants it uses to support and host the Site. Some of those consultants collect and sort the user data for us. Burke may also share user data with its contractors who are working with Burke to market Burke products, including Consensi®. Burke does not and will not sell your user data to third parties. Burke and its consultants gather, analyze and share user data for purposes of improving the Site and the experience of those visiting the Site and to market Burke products and specifically to provide product education about Consensi® for customers and prospective customers.
Burke and the Site are subject to laws, rules and regulations that may require us to disclose your user data collected through your visits to this Site.
