Burke Therapeutics, LLC (“Burke”) provides this website (called the “Site” in this Privacy Policy) as a service to our customers and prospective customers. Burke understands the importance of privacy to Burke’s customers and prospective customers using this Site. This Privacy Policy describe the information we collect about you and your visit to the Site, how we collect and share that information, and other matters that may be of concern to users of this Site. “We” means Burke when used in this Privacy Policy and “you” refers to users of the Site. Burke uses a website consultant to assist with collecting user data and analyzing collected, and the host of the Site (GoDaddy) also collects user data passing through its servers from which the Site operates.

As noted above, Burke shares collected user data with the consultants it uses to support and host the Site. Some of those consultants collect and sort the user data for us. Burke may also share user data with its contractors who are working with Burke to market Burke products, including Consensi®. Burke does not and will not sell your user data to third parties. Burke and its consultants gather, analyze and share user data for purposes of improving the Site and the experience of those visiting the Site and to market Burke products and specifically to provide product education about Consensi® for customers and prospective customers.

The Burke Consensi® Site is hosted on the computer servers of GoDaddy, a website hosting service. GoDaddy will have access to your user data, and GoDaddy has its own privacy policy, which may be reviewed at the following link: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/privacy. Please note that GoDaddy’s privacy policy covers its use of certain personal information of its users that is not part of the information Burke will make available to GoDaddy from users of this Site. However, the information collected when you visit the Consensi® Site, as outlined above in the “Information About Users Collected Through This Site” section of this Privacy Policy, will be available to GoDaddy and will be subject to the uses described in GoDaddy’s privacy policy.

This Site may from time to time provide links through which you can access other websites of other parties (the “Linked Third Parties”). Burke is not responsible for the privacy policies of the websites of Linked Third Parties and cannot require those websites to abide by the Burke Privacy Policy. If you decide to access the website of one or more Linked Third Parties, you do so at your own risk and subject to the separate privacy policies for each of those websites. Your access and use of any other website linked to this Site are subject to the privacy policies and terms and conditions of use of each such website. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Agencies

Burke and the Site are subject to laws, rules and regulations that may require us to disclose your user data collected through your visits to this Site.
